Frank C. Bursic
Frank Bursic is a Global Energy Consultant and a Partner with Inroads International, LLC. He also currently serves as a Senior Advisor/Co-owner of Rentricity, Inc., a Hydrokinetic Energy Recovery Company. Previously, Mr. Bursic spent 22 years in the nuclear industry sector with Westinghouse Electric Company. Mr. Bursic has over forty years of experience in the energy and power industries and has held various high-level positions such as COO and Executive Vice President in a variety of companies and industries.
Mr. Bursic has owned his own company for more than 20 years and is teamed with a number of nuclear engineering and business professionals to assist companies in developing commercial and technical strategies for growth or entry into the nuclear market.

Mr. Bursic was instrumental in establishing the Undergraduate/Graduate Nuclear Engineering Programs in the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Bursic holds a Master of Science Degree in Industry Engineering (Engineering Management/ Manufacturing Systems) and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Bursic also obtained his MBA Essentials Certificate from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and attended the Student of the Business Course at Southern Nuclear College.

James S. Olszewski
Jim Olszewski is a Global Energy Consultant and a Partner with InRoads International, LLC. Over the past three years, he has served as a nuclear industry technical expert for an international arbitration and a business planning facilitator for a nuclear company seeking growth in the nuclear industry.
Mr. Olszewski retired in 2011 after a successful commercial and technical career of over 40 years with two major global nuclear suppliers; Westinghouse Electric Company and Babcock & Wilcox (currently AREVA). He has held positions ranging from design engineer through executive management.
His areas of expertise include project management, plant design and operations, field repair technology development and implementation, business and strategic management and executive leadership.
Mr. Olszewski is experienced and knowledgeable in many aspects of operating nuclear plants with extensive experience in steam generators. He has extensive group leadership, and problem solving skills developed through many years of contract and project implementation.
He has a particularly strong background in developing, adapting and advancing technologies to address routine, first-of-a-kind (FOAK), and emergent nuclear plant operating issues.

Mr. Olszewski holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Olszewski currently resides in Murrysville, Pennsylvania and has a wonderful wife, three daughters, a son and five grandchildren. He serves on the board of directors for Murrysville Medic One and is active in support of the Murrysville Volunteer Program, and the Franklin Regional High School marching band.
